There are three types of skin, dry skin, normal skin and oily skin

There are many factors that can cause your skin to be dry. Among them is harsh weather conditions especially long exposure to sun, some beauty products, and very concentrated cleaning products. Here are some tips for your dry skin

• Use cold or lukewarm water to shower

• Use a heavy moisturizer and oily beauty products

• Don’t over exfoliate

• Wear gloves while cleaning

Normal skin

Normal skin on the other hand has a perfect balance since it’s a combination of both oily and dry skin. It is easier to care for a normal skin with only a few beauty products. A routine for your normal skin should include

• Use warm water and mild soap or a mild face wash to wash your face

• Use a cleanser especially before going to bed

• Use beauty products for normal skin

Oily skin as the name suggest produces oil without applying moisturizer. Oily skin is prone to blackheads, pimples, dullness and huge pores. A simple easy routine if you have oily skin is

  • Use moderate hot water and a gentle soap to wash your face.
  • Exfoliate your skin regularly (at least 3 times a week to remove build up dead cells and blackheads)
  • Use a toner.
  • Use acidic products to tightens open pores.
  • Apply a light moisturizer and a sunscreen every day.
